What is the Midwest Championship?
Midwest Championship is a 2 day functional fitness competition for the everyday athlete who wants to showcase their fitness and have fun doing it! The event will take place in Rochester MN at the Graham Arena Complex. MWC will be hosting multiple event floors allowing athletes to have the excitement of being on the big stage in every workout. Our goal is to provide a competitive field no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. Take the stage solo or find a friend and throw down together.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or someone looking to experience the thrill of competition for the first time, this event is for you.
